Betalingsmogelijkheden / Methods of payment

Betaling van het cursusgeld kan op verschillende manieren:

• iDEAL: dit kan wanneer je online inschrijft via onze website www.vu-eindhoven.nl . De vroegboekkorting (in de maand juli) wordt hierbij automatisch verrekend
• Eenmalige machtiging: via het afgeven van een éénmalige machtiging bij inschrijving via de website. Als de cursus doorgaat wordt het cursusgeld vanaf 2 weken voor aanvang van de cursus van uw rekening afgeschreven.
• Factuur: dit is alleen mogelijk voor cursisten wiens werkgever/bedrijf het cursusgeld betaalt. Bij inschrijving dienen de contactgegevens van het bedrijf ingevoerd te worden. De kosten voor een factuur zijn € 20,- p.p.
• Contant: dit is alleen mogelijk bij inschrijving op de administratie tijdens de openingstijden (ma t/m do tussen 10 en 12.30 uur). 
• Pin: dit is mogelijk bij inschrijving op de informatieavond, we gebruiken hiervoor SumUp of als u komt inschrijven bij de administratie tijdens de openingstijden (ma t/m do tussen 10 en 12.30 uur).. 

In termijnen betalen
Alleen op verzoek kan er in termijnen betaald worden. Het 1e deel van de betaling dient  door de cursist zelf overgemaakt te worden, na 1 maand incasseren we het tweede deel van het cursusgeld. De inschrijving is pas geldig als het 1e deel door de cursist is overgemaakt voor de cursus start.

Payment of the course fee can be done in different ways:

• iDEAL: this is possible when you register online via our website www.vu-eindhoven.nl. The early bird discount (only in the month of July) is automatically deducted
• One-off authorization: by issuing a one-off authorization when registering via the website. If the course starts, the course fee will be debited from your account around 2 weeks before the start of the course.
• Invoice: this is only possible for students whose employer / company pays the course fee. When registering, the contact details of the company must be entered. The extra costs for an invoice are € 20 p.p.
• Pay with bankcard: this is possible when registering at the information evening, we use SumUp for this transaction or if you register at the administration during opening hours of the office (Mon to Thu between 10 am and 12.30 pm).
• Pay in cash: this is only possible when registering at the administration during opening hours of the office (Mon to Thu between 10 am and 12.30 pm).

Installments
Payment can only be made in installments on request of the student. The 1st part of the payment must be transferred by the student himself before the course starts, after 1 month we collect the second part of the course fee by debit from your bankaccount.
The registration is only valid when the 1st part of the course fee has been transferred by the student before the course starts.
