Certificaat

Het is mogelijk voor cursisten een certificaat aan te vragen na het volgen van een cursus.
Let op: dit is geen officieel certificaat.
U moet om het certificaat te kunnen krijgen minimaal 80% van de lessen actief aanwezig zijn geweest, dit ter beoordeling van de docent(e). Stem dit dus altijd even af met de docent. Zij/hij geeft aan ons door wie een certificaat wenst te ontvangen.

Om het certificaat aan te kunnen maken hebben we uw juiste voorletters en achternaam nodig, controleer a.u.b. bij de docent of dit juist op zijn deelnemerslijst staat. U kunt dit natuurlijk ook bij de administratie navragen (040-7820810 van maandag t/m donderdag tussen 10.00 en 12.30 uur of via mail info@vu-eindhoven.nl).

Het aanmaken van een certificaat kost € 5,- p.p.. Gelieve dit bedrag aan ons over te maken (IBAN: NL45 RABO 0135 0640 82) onder vermelding van uw achternaam en de cursuscode.

Als het lukt om het certificaat in de les uit te reiken, dan zal de docent(e) dit verzorgen. Het is ook mogelijk om het certificaat aan u op te sturen bijv. als de lessen al zijn afgelopen.

It is possible for students to request a certificate after following a course.

In order to receive the certificate, you must have been actively present at least 80% of the lessons, at the discretion of the teacher. So please always coordinate this with your teacher. She or he informs us who wishes to receive a certificate.

In order to create the certificate, we need your correct initials and surname, please check with the teacher whether this is correct on his/her list of participants.You can also inquire about this with at our office (040-7820810 from Mon - Thu 10 AM - 12:30 PM of e-mail info@vu-eindhoven.nl ).

Creating a certificate costs € 5,- p.p.. Please transfer this amount to us (IBAN: NL45 RABO 0135 0640 82) stating your surname and course code.

If it is possible to handout the certificate in class, the teacher will take care of this. It is also possible to send the certificate to you, for example when the lessons have already ended. Important: did you move during the course you followed or are you planning to move, send us your correct address.
