Dutch for foreigners
At Volksuniversiteit Eindhoven you can enroll in a course Dutch for foreigners. To follow our Dutch courses you must have finished secondary school in your native country. It is essential to have had ten years of education. A good understanding of the English language is also required, as level 1 and 2 will be taught with English as auxiliary language.

If you doubt your level Dutch, please use this testsite below to see if your level is minimum A1. At first the language of the testsite is English.

Click on the Dialang logo or the play button to take the test. Choose the instruction language at the top, then click OK. A page with instructions about the keys which you can use is then opened. Start the test bij clicking the "Start"button at the top.
When you finish the test(s), please make a screenshot or save the feedback about your level and mail it to the teacher. There are a number of tests, you can choose some or do them all (the last option takes some time but you'll be scored better).

When students reached level B1 of B2, most of the time they want to keep practicing their Dutch. This can be done by following a conversation course.
Our teachers will give you feedback on your Dutch to improve your pronounciation, use of grammar and vocabulary.
