Nowadays we spent most of our time at home while working, relaxing, eating and maintaining our social contacts. This can sometimes be difficult and offers a challenge in how we relate to these matters.
Would you like to take a break from your (negative) thoughts and worries, and to give your mind some rest? To become more at ease, especially in these troubling times? To enjoy daily things? You are welcome to experience it yourself!
Join the online workshop: Mindful at Home
This workshop provides an introduction in what Mindfulness is and how it can help you, by experiencing it yourself. Scientific research shows that Mindfulness is an effective method when facing complaints like stress, tension, restlessness, fatigue, sleeping disorders, fear and depressive periods. It helps to enjoy more the “small things in daily life”. This introduction workshop is meant for everyone who wants to know what Mindfulness is and what it could mean for you.

Als trainer van vaardigheidsmodules voor volwassen bij een geestelijke gezondheidsinstelling heb ik direct kunnen zien welke positieve resultaten mindfulness de deelnemers brengt. Na zelf de training mindfulness te hebben gevolgd, ben ik helemaal enthousiast geworden en heb ik me bijgeschoold tot gecertificeerd docent Mindfulness. Jarenlang heb ik met veel plezier mindfulnesstrainingen gegeven aan verschillende doelgroepen. In de zomer van 2013 ben ik mijn eigen bedrijf gestart om de kracht van mindfulness breder te kunnen uitdragen; dit doe ik onder andere via de Volksuniversiteit.
