Inschrijving en inschrijvingsdatum
Je kunt je inschrijven door het invullen van het inschrijfformulier op onze website www.vu-eindhoven.nl.
Inschrijving geschiedt in volgorde van binnenkomst. Je ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een bevestiging van inschrijving. Heb je deze niet ontvangen, check dan je spammailbox. Sommige mailaanbieders zoals Outlook, Hotmail en Gmail plaatsen onze mails soms in de spammailbox. Als je onze mails als veilig aanmerkt, komen deze wel in de normale inbox terecht.   

Doorgang cursussen
Cursussen gaan door wanneer een bepaald minimum aantal deelnemers is ingeschreven. Je ontvangt een bevestiging van de start per e-mail, ten hoogste één week voor aanvang.
Wanneer een cursus niet doorgaat, krijg je daarvan uiterlijk 1 week voor aanvang van de cursus bericht.
Indien de cursus is volgeboekt wordt u daarvan zo spoedig mogelijk in kennis gesteld. 

Wanneer een les uitvalt krijg je dat zo spoedig mogelijk te horen van je docent via e-mail. Bekijk dus je mail voor je naar de les komt. Het kan ook zijn dat er bijvoorbeeld een whatsapp-groep wordt gemaakt en deze berichten daar geplaatst worden. 
Een uitgevallen les wordt -in overleg met de docent- ingehaald aan het eind van de cursus. Hou daar rekening mee in je planning.

Registration and registration date
You can register for a course by completing the registration form on our website www.vu-eindhoven.nl.
Registration will be in order of entry. You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as possible. Check your spammailbox please if you did not receive the email.

Course confirmation
All courses have a minimum number of participants. You will receive a course confirmation per email, at least one week prior to the start of the course.
If the course is being cancelled, you will receive notification thereof at least one week prior to the start of the course. If the course is fully booked, you will be informed as soon as possible. 

If a class is being cancelled, your teacher will inform you as soon as possible via email. So please check your email before coming to class. Your teacher might also create a Whatsapp group to communicate such messages. 
A cancelled class will be rescheduled at the end of the course in consultation with the teacher.
